Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born in Paris France to British parents Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson two lawyers. She relocated to Oxfordshire in the year she turned five where she attended at the Dragon School. Emma aged six when she decided that she wanted to become an actress. The actress trained for several years in Stagecoach Theatre Arts, a part time theatre school in Oxford where she was taught singing and acting. As a ten year old Emma took part in several Stagecoach productions and school plays. Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (2000) is the film remake to J.K. Rowling's bestselling novel premiered for the first occasion in the year 1999. Emma was found by casting agents via Emma's Oxford theatre instructor. David Heyman, the producer of Harry Potter Harry Potter's Sorcerer's Stone, as well as Ron Weasley told Emma after seven auditions that she'd been picked for the role. Emma was chosen to play alongside Daniel Radcliffe Rupert Grint and Rupert Grint. Emma's first film role was in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in the year 2001. The movie broke all records with regards to first-day and weekend sales, and it was one of the top 2001 films.
